Cancellation made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellation made within 3 – 6 days will incur a 50% fee.

Cancellation made within 48 hours of the event will NOT be entitled to a refund.

100% refund will be processed if the organizer cancel the event.
