
Upa-Yoga
Upa-yoga is a simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system.
• Relieves physical stress and tiredness
• Strengthens the joints and muscles
• Rejuvenates the body after periods of inactivity
• Negates the effects of jetlag and long travel
Age limit - 4 years and above (for certain practices). 7 years and above (for rest of the practices)

* Pre- Registration is recommended.
* No prior experience of yoga is required
Note: - Please come on an empty stomach condition: Finish a meal 4 hours prior to the class, snack 2.5 hours prior, beverage or cigarette 1.5 hours before the class.
COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR HATHA YOGA PROGRAMS
- Carry your own yoga mat, cushion, water bottle, and hand sanitizer
- Maintain 6 feet physical distance
- Wear your face masks all the time, except the time while you would be doing the practices.
- Participants’ entry will start 30 minutes before session timing
- In the interest of everyone's well-being, if you get affected or show symptoms of Covid-19, ‘Satyatra Yoga’ reserves the right to ask you to leave the program immediately. You can Re-register for the program once you recover.
- ‘Satyatra Yoga’ reserves the right to reschedule/cancel the program
